Very spacious apartment, fantastic for family of 4 with double bed and twin bunk beds. Excellent location for skiing. Private and heated bathroom. Great facilities for children. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Convenient path to Mauterndorf.

Nothing to dislike.

We had a fantastic time in our cozy room with a breathtaking view. the staff were friendly and always helpful. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the free Wi-Fi in our room. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town, close to plenty of restaurants and tourist attractions. the complimentary renovated cable-car in the nearby area was also a delightful experience.

We found that the cleaning service charge was a bit steep and there were some minor issues with the bathroom facilities. despite these minor issues, we would still highly recommend this hotel.

The surroundings are beautiful and the air is fresh. It is easy to access the town, with a nice path to walk down to get dinner. Ski room had boot warmers, but steps to gondola may be steep. Some apartments are spacious with great heating.

The extra charge for cleaning seems unreasonable, even if you don't use any of the hotel's facilities.

The location was great, close to the ski lifts and there were many activities to do around. The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was good, we loved the fresh pastries and the hot chocolate. The restaurant served delicious meals all day.

The room was too small for all our luggage and there was no place to store it. The noise level was high.
